In the wetlands where the Spring, Cody and Blue Crane Creeks meet, the team transformed a 710-acre historic cattle ranch into an ecologically sensitive golf, fishing, and residential community. Particular attention was paid to minimize the resort’s impact on the natural landscape. Built structures, like the covered spanned bridge, draw on traditional Western archetypes and encourage visitors to commune with the surrounding wildlife. The team also established complete building guidelines to ensure additional structures will embrace the same commitment to environmental stewardship.
