Described as “an elegant interpretation of classic homestead living,” this working cattle ranch prioritizes family comfort and intimacy in the midst of wide-open surroundings. With over 3,000 acres to work with, the team designed a distinguished program that plays with natural elements to create a cohesive ranch experience. The main house, ranch manager’s house, horse barn, shed, and guest cabins are all specially designed to withstand tough Wyoming winters and create a warm, inviting place for friends to gather. Inside the main house, double-high vaulted ceilings provide a dramatic welcome and recall the hull of a ship, one of many ways a sophisticated design scheme pays tribute to the owner’s New England roots.
